Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Step 2: Dusting
Proper carpet care requires the removal of dry particulates before any moisture is introduced. We rigorously dry dust every carpet to eliminate the deeply embedded grime and allergens that standard washing simply leaves behind.
Step 3: Pre-Spraying
To protect the integrity of your textiles, our technicians utilize a pre-spray treatment designed to loosen stubborn contaminants. This preparatory stage allows our hand-held pressure washing system to thoroughly clean delicate fibers without the need for aggressive agitation
Step 4: Washing
- We use a handheld pressure washing method in order to wash. We use a proven combination of green soaps as well as soft water in order to return your rugs with a renewed look & feel! Step 5: Rinsing & Wringing
Carpets are then moved onto our commercial rinse and wringing machine. This step ensures all excess eco-friendly soap and products are rinsed out of your carpet using fresh water before squeezing the excess water out.
Step 6: Finishing & Drying
After our heavy-duty wringer removes over 90% of the water, your rugs are moved into our custom-engineered dry room to finish the process. We hang them up in this climate-controlled space to ensure they are completely dry and smelling fresh in just 12 hours. This rapid drying time is essential because it prevents any musty odors or mildew from developing in the fibers.
